岗位职责:

1.负责家具(室内/户外)产品生产过程中的质量检查与控制;

2.熟悉家具结构和制造工艺，能够快速发现问题，并独立提出有效解决方案;

3.能够长期驻厂或频繁出差，全面监督工厂的生产和质量管控流程;

4.负责新工厂及新产品开发过程中的品质跟进，确保产品符合出口及客户要求;

5.独立与工厂进行沟通、协商，推动问题解决，优化生产流程及工艺;

6.配合外贸团队进行产品抽检及质量报告的撰写工作;

7.熟练应用AQL(Acceptable Quality Level) 抽验方法，精准判断产品瑕疵的等级，确保产品符合质量标准;

8.熟练操作办公软件(如Excel、Word等)、ERP系统及验货线上工具，高效完成工作;

岗位要求:

9.协助处理客户投诉或反馈的产品质量问题，提供行之有效的整改方案并跟进执行。

1.具有家具行业从业经验，熟悉室内或户外家具生产全流程，尤其优先考虑有工厂端生产管理背景的候选人;

3.有家具设计或产品开发经验者优先考虑;

2.对家具结构有深度了解，对产品缺陷与问题敏感，能够快速评估归因并提供解决方案;

4.能接受长期驻厂或频繁的外地出差工作安排;

5.熟悉家具制造工艺与相关品质标准，能协同工厂实现高标准的质量目标;

6.持有有效驾驶证，具备驾车能力;

7.具备出色的沟通能力，性格外向，能适应跨部门及工厂端多方沟通需求;

8.具备团队合作精神，同时能够独立、高效处理工厂端问题;

9.大专或以上学历
